Strictly necessary. We keep your cookie choice in your browser's local storage for six months so that we do not ask again on every page. It needs no consent and is used for nothing else.

Analytics, only if you accept. With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how this website is used and to improve it. You choose for each tool separately. If you decline, neither is loaded and the site works the same.

Google Analytics 4 (Google). Sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<ID>, which hold a random identifier for up to two years, and records the pages you view, the page you came from, time on page, your device, browser, operating system and screen size, and your approximate location derived from your IP address. Google states that it does not log or store IP addresses. Google signals, ad personalisation and data sharing with Google are switched off, event-level data is deleted after 14 months, and aggregated reports are kept longer. Site-search terms are removed from the page addresses sent to Google Analytics. Google processes this data on our behalf: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft). Sets the cookies _clck and _clsk on this site, and Microsoft sets its own cookies, such as MUID, on Microsoft domains. It records clicks, taps, scrolling, mouse movement and the page as it is displayed to you, so that we can replay visits and build heatmaps. Text you type, and our enquiry forms as a whole, are masked in your browser before anything is sent. Recordings are kept for 30 days, except recordings we mark as favourites or label and a random sample selected by Microsoft, which are kept for up to 9 months; click and heatmap data are kept for 9 months. Site-search terms are masked on the results page; they appear in the page address, which Clarity also records. Microsoft is an independent controller of this data and may use it for its own purposes, including advertising, under the Microsoft Privacy Statement: privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement.

International transfers. Google and Microsoft may process this data in the United States and other countries. Both participate in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Changing your mind. Withdrawing is as easy as accepting: open Cookie settings at the bottom of any page and switch a tool off. We stop loading it, delete its cookies on this site and reload the page. To ask for data to be deleted sooner, contact us through the General Inquiry pathway.

Other things this website does. The enquiry forms keep the campaign parameters and referring site of your visit in the page's memory, not on your device, and send them only with an enquiry you submit. The site's fonts are served from this website itself, so no third party is contacted to display them.
